Adrian Sloan
Director - B.BUS, CPA
A partner in Brennan Sloan Chartered Accountants, Adrian Sloan is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent.
He commenced employment with Coles Myer Ltd in 1983 and during six years with the company, became one of the youngest employees to hold a management position with Australia's largest retailer, including representing Coles Myer in the Junior Retail Executive of the Year.
In 1989, Adrian commenced his career in public accounting and since 1993 has been a principal of a public accounting practice. Specialising in corporate advisory and taxation, Adrian has built a strong relationship with a core of small-business and individual clients, and is a valued source of planning advice for these clients.
Since 1994, Adrian has also been licenced as a Financial Advisor. Adrian is currently an Authorised Representative of Australian Financial Services Group and is committed to providing strong tax-effective financial and investment advice, and on-going support to clients with whom a long-term relationship is of primary importance.
With a keen sense of humour, Adrian enjoys sport,particularly golf, Australian rules football and cricket.

Greg Brennan
Director - B.COM, FCA
Greg completed his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at The University of Western Australia in 1988. Post graduation he was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG) for approximately four years in their auditing division where he was responsible for supervising the audits of a diverse range of entities including publicly listed companies. During his employment with KPMG Peat Marwick he undertook his professional year of study and gained associate membership to the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
KPMG clients serviced by Greg included Cockburn Cement Ltd, Hartley Poynton Ltd, Midland Brick (subsidiary of Boral Ltd) Australian City Properties Ltd.
In 1995 Greg commenced trading as a sole practitioner providing audit, accounting taxation and financial planning services to a wide range of clients including The Fremantle Fisherman's Co-operative Society Ltd and the Curtin Student Guild.
In 2001 Greg established a business partnership with Adrian Sloan forming the chartered accountancy practice, Brennan Sloan.
On 17 June 2010, Greg was advanced to the status of Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Greg specialises in the provision of strategic business development advice to medium size businesses.

Michael Mason
Director - B.COM, CA
Michael graduated from Curtin University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Accounting.
In 2007 Michael started work with Brennan Sloan as an accountant. Michael finished his Chartered Accountants (CA) accreditation in 2010.
In September 2022 Michael obtained a Certificate of Public Practice (CPP) with Chartered Accountants ANZ and became a Director at Brennan Sloan.
Michael enjoys working with clients to achieve their goals.
